MrGrille billet grilles are made from 6063 T-5 aluminum. Our billet grille material is extruded together and machined for air flow. This process eliminates welding which, in turn, eliminates the possibility of broken or discolored welds.

The machining process leaves a series of 1” long slotted holes and 1/8” round holes between each bar along the length of the grille. These slotted and round holes create a webbing approximately every inch along the length of the grille. It is this webbing that gives the grilles their unmatched strength.
MrGrille Standard Billet Grille bars are 1/8” thick with a 3/16” gap between each bar and an overall depth of 5/16”.
